Coming of age workshops
Situated at various locations on the Mid North Coast of NSW or by invitation statewide/ interstate/ internationally.
Groups are designed and tailored for 9-14 years olds and their mother/ mother figures on a variety of issues including:
- menstruation
- body image
- sexuality
- self esteem
- healthy eating
- mental health
- resilience/ courage
- friendship
- peer pressure
- addictions
